Christian Childbirth Classes:
Where does God fit into one of the most important/scary/exciting/life changing moments in your life?
I am hosting an informal christian childbirth class at my home every Monday evening from July 25 through Sept 12. It is a 7 week class based off of the curriculum from The Christian Childbirth Handbook.
This class will cover:
Pregnancy Nutrition and Exercise
Labor Comfort techniques
How to make decisions during labor
How to deal with complications/challenges
Birth planning
Newborn Care
Breastfeeding
All topics will cover basic information, while also incorporating/building your faith.
This is a free class that includes 2-3 hours of instruction, small group discussion, videos and activities each week, workbooks you can keep, and supportive fellowship with refreshments.
You can join this class or leave this class whenever you want. There is no commitment. Although I hope you would be able to attend them all.
